请高手帮忙校对一下,谢谢! 为了探索电流体动力学干燥机理,优化干燥工艺,提高干燥效率,本文通过采用 针电极、线电极和板电极在不同的电压下进行豆腐的干燥实验,同时进行了针电极下豆腐加玻璃罩与不加罩的对比实验。实验结果表明:采用板电极干燥效果不明显,而采用线电极和针电极能获得较大的干燥速度,加玻璃罩后豆腐的干燥速度几乎不随干燥电压变化且与对照组相近. In order to explore the mechanism of Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) drying, and improve the drying technique as well as the drying efficiency of Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) drying, a needle electrode; a wire electrode and a plate electrode have been experimentally evaluated respectively in this study. The samples used are 90×80×5 mm Tofu contained in the Petri dish, which were put in high voltage electrosatics field formed by a needle electrode, a wire electrode and a plate electrode respectively, By changing the voltage, the factors related to the drying rate are quantitatively studied. At same time, the comparative experiment ofTofu with plus glass enclosures and not have been completed.The results indicate high voltage electrosatics field formed by a plate electrode that cannot improve the drying rate obviously, while a needle electrode and a wire electrode can improve the drying rate significantly,the drying rate of tofu with plus glass enclosures almost didnot changed with voltage, |
