IECON 2009 35th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society November 3-5, 2009 Alfandega Congress Center, Porto, Portugal Technical Program Co-Chairs: Kim Man (EEKMAN@cityu.edu.hk), Leopoldo Garcia Franquelo (lgfranquelo@ieee.org), Luis Gomes (lugo@uninova.pt) IECON'09 is an international conference on industrial applications of electronics, control, robotics, signal processing, computational and artificial intelligence, sensors and actuators, instrumentation electronics, computer networks, internet and multimedia technologies. IECON'09 will take place for the first time in Portugal, in the city of Porto, an nice and industrialized city in the North of the country.
