|
采用弹力计算和产生弹力的判定方法,研究了圆平行板、球形和圆柱形电容器产生的弹力,结果表明:球形电容器产生的弹力最大,平行板电容器产生的弹力最小。在此基础上,提出了电容器极板结构的优化方案及电容式机电转换装置的设计方案。该装置在电容器的两极板间填充高介电常数液体,并采用冲压及化学腐蚀极板的方法来增大电容值,可在一定范围内替代电磁式机电转换装置。 [ Last edited by photon on 2009-1-28 at 19:15 ] |

| • The calculation of elastic force and the judgment method of its generation were adopted to study elastic forces of circular parallel-plate capacitor, the spherical capacitor, and cylindrical capacitor.The result was shown that the spherical capacitor generated largest elastic force,while the circular parallel-plate capacitor did smallest. On the basis, optimization schemes of plate structures and designs of capacitive electromechanical conversion device were proposed. In this device ,high dielectric constant liquid was filled between two electrode plates of the capacitors and methods of stamping and chemical corrosion plates were used, in order to improve capacitance value which may substitute electromagnetic device in a certain range. |

| The bounce generated in the circular parallel plate, spherical and cylindrical capacitors were investigated by elastic force computing and its generation judging. The results showed that: the bounce generated in spherical capacitor was the biggest,while the bounce generated in parallel-plate capacitor was the smallest. On this basis, the optimized program for capacitor plate structure and then the design of Electrical Capacitance converter were proposed. In this proposed Electrical Capacitance converter,high dielectric constant liquid was filled between the two electrode plates of the capacitors and methods of stamping and chemical corrosion plates were used to improve capacitance value.The proposed divece may substitute electromagnetic device in a some range. |

The designed system would be a proper substitute for the electromagnetic device in a certain extent. |
