[交流] 给的初审意见，大家帮忙看下怎么改已有11人参与

投了一篇论文到journal of fluids engineering给的初审意见里面的这条不知道应该怎么办，也找不到相关专家给写意见啊，导师也不管，什么都是自己解决，求助大神有人知道怎么办吗？这是本人的第一篇论文，真心求助大神！！

Please submit the updated paper online no later than: August 10th.

-The English in your paper is very weak.? The editor recommends having an editor help you with these types of problems because it will greatly improve the reviewers first impressions of your paper.? It is difficult for a paper to get a positive review even if your paper is technically sound if the first perception of a reviewer is negative based on poor English.

--This paper does not meet the guidelines due to formatting concerns.? For journal submissions, we need the papers in single column, with all figures at the end and references in Chicago style format. The text size must not be smaller than 12 pt. font, smaller text size will result in removal of the paper. Please see attached journal template to help with heading titles, size and text formatting.

-Any references that are not in English need to be removed.? You can reference an English translation of the paper, or reference another paper that is in English that references the paper you wish to use and describes what is happening.? Our reviewers need to be able to access and understand any information you provide in the references.

- We recommend you add current (last 1-2 years) citations because many of yours are quite old and it isn’t clear if this work is based on current studies.? If it is possible, we appreciate at least 1 relevant reference from the Journal of Fluids Engineering.

--This paper describes a problem or results rather than explaining the results in a way that discusses why things are happening and what is of interest or unique in the results.? It is the discussion about why that makes a paper archival rather than a report.? We are looking for archival papers, so you will need to do some rewriting to include this in your paper.

-The color use in your paper might be an issue when the color is converted for printed versions. Choosing the figures to be printed in color will incur charges for publication that can not be waived.

- The editor would like to see you non-dimensionalize your results.? This will add archival value to your work by controlling the parameters of the problem in your work.? The idea is to catch the physics behind the problem, with more general information so that it is less specific to the problem at hand to broaden the audience your work is written for.

Please take into consideration these suggestions and update your manuscript to incorporate them then revise your manuscript by loading your updated paper ONLINE.? Providing a short description of the changes made in the author comments of the journal tool, or in a brief email is strongly suggested because it helps us complete the preliminary review process for your revised version more quickly.
