EI更正它自己出的错，怎么这么慢？！有人经历过了么？

我的论文EI漏检了，发邮件问EI，它说4周内给检索，结果到了时间还是查不到，再发邮件问它，它给我回了这么一封信： Dear ***, Thank you for your e-mail regarding the title entitled: “A Method of Point Cloud Processing by 3D Laser Scanning in ...” I can confirm that the title, author name and the abstract of the requested article is incorrect. I have initiated process to amend the data in our database to reflect the original publication I will contact you again once the correction is completed, and to confirm the date by which the correction is expected to appear on EI. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any further enquiries in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me.
