写申诉信之前，最好先看看杂志是否有相应的申诉政策，这将为申诉信提供具体的准则。在写申诉信的时候，要注意以下几个问题。 首先是要避免过度的情绪反应，注意措辞的礼貌。虽然科研人员一般都比较理性，但如果觉得自己辛苦工作的成果受到了不公正的待遇，也难免会出现比较强烈的情绪反应。 同时在写申诉信的时候要坚持以事实为依据。一封好的申诉信应该是科学的、客观的，提供能够反驳审稿人的数据。靠自己在业界的声誉或者用过去发表的类似文章来证明这个文章也应该得到发表，这是站不脚的。 文章申诉有不少成功的案例，但是不成功的概率要更大一些。毕竟在编辑眼里，如果文章没有值得肯定的地方，或是处于可发可不发的状态，他是不愿意去得罪审稿人而重启审稿的过程。 Dear Dr. or Prof. XXXX (family name of the Editor or Editor-in-Chief who issued the decision letter), Thank you for your efficient work in processing our manuscript entitled “XXXX (title of the article)” (Manuscript No: XXXX). 1、申述的技巧 要注意申诉是写给编辑的，因为编辑是第三方，所以楼主可以直接说评审人这不好，那不好。要就事论事，不要人身攻击。 2、申述的成功率 一般而言，越高级杂志，申诉机会越多，成功率也越高；被要求修改的次数越多，申诉成功率越高。是否申诉要看审稿人的意见非常不合理。 3、申诉的模板可以参考https://muchong.com/t-4221514-1和https://muchong.com/t-4153787-1。 在申述成功率不高的情况下，再投是个省事省力的选择。楼主要在cover letter中写明稿件编号和审稿意见及回复，标记所做的修改。 |
