Openings: We are currently seeking brilliant and highly motivated applicants to join the laboratory for Microfluidics and Biosensors for a one-year postdoc appointment at Chungnam National University. (Two-year possible) Candidate with background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Bioengineering with an experience in Biochip, Microfluidics or Biosensor is preferred but not limited. We are currently focusing on molecular diagnostic technologies for various infectious diseases. Successful applicants are expected to guide some of the following researches: ※ Molecular Diagnostics – Development of optical and electrochemical Biosensor based on Molecular Diagnostics – Development of novel nucleic acid extraction assays – Development of isothermal amplification assay – Development of microfluidic technologies for sample preparation – Development of signal amplification technologies using nanomaterials and magnetic beads Salary is competitive.
