求助有机催化一段文字（中译英）

| 利用MCM-41等分子筛具有大孔结构的特点以及其表面Si-OH可烷基化的能力，在分子筛孔道内合成配体，然后使金属离子与之络合，合成固载化的金属配合物，这也是目前开发介孔分子筛催化剂最为活跃的研究领域之一。如把Schiff-Mn(Ⅲ)配合物、钌卟啉配合物、手性的Salen Mn(Ⅲ)配合物、Cr(Ⅲ)-联萘席夫碱配合物等接枝到MCM-41的孔道内，这些配合物催化剂用于烯烃的环氧化反应，具有更好的活性和选择性，表现出了非常诱人的应用前景。 |

| Based on the macroporous structure and "alkylable" nature of silanol groups of MCM-41 and other molecular sieves, it was possible to synthesise ligands within the tunnels of those molecular sieves. With subsequent chelation with metal ions, the complexes formed were anchored on a solid phase. This methodology has also become one of the most intensively researched field in the development of pore-mediated molecule sieves catalysts. For example, embedded Schiff-Mn(III)complexes, Ruthenium-porphyrin complexes, chiral Salen-Mn(III)complexes, Cr(III)-binaphthyl Schiff base complexes in Mcm-41 all showed better efficiency and selectivity in the epoxidation of olefins, showing great promise in its future applications. |

自己试译下，请楼主根据自己的条件适当修改：同时请高手指正！ The big pore size characteristic of molecule sieves such as MCM-41 and the silanol hydroxyl group which is subject to alkylation made it possible to synthesize ligands in the pores of the moleucle sieves, and then to chelate with metal ions to form solid-support metal compexes. This is among one of the most active field in the development of pore-mediated molecule sieves catalysts. For example, Schiff-Mn(III)complexes, Ruhenium-porphyrin complexes, chiral Salen-Mn(III)complexes, Cr(III)-binaphthyl Schiff base complexes linked to Mcm-41 all showed better activity and selectivity in the cyclooxidation of olefins, depicting an iceberg of it's application prospect. |
