Physical Culture Characteristics And Its Enlightenment To Sports
Abstract: Use literature review method and logical analysis method to analyze the characteristics of physical culture. The research indicates that: the temperament was closed over and derogated for a long time whith the body regarded as the nature prove of human's existence; Mind-body dualism is the main idea of body culture, the body is attached and leads to abuses such as class discrimination, sexism and racism in this theory; The body has a strong dependence on cultural customs and the cultural practices have a strong regulatory effect on the body; Besides, the body is also resistant to cultural practices, which contain the power of innovation. Generally speaking, body culture characteristics has an enlightening value to physical exercise which includes there points. Firstlly, physical exercise should highlights the centrality of body and reconstructs body culture; Secondlly, use the characteristics of physical and mental unity to defuses the problems such as class discrimination, sexism and racism; At last, physical exercise should fully utilize the body's dependency to cultural custom and culturally develop its own, at the same time, bear and guide the resistance of body to cultural customs in order to innovate the development path of physical exercise.
