细胞转染中的转染试剂PEI的保存问题 已有1人参与

| 我现在在做细胞转染方面的实验，转染试剂用的是PEI，我们的PEI配置成溶液后（浓度1mg/mL），放置于-20摄氏度冰箱中，使用时取出会发现有析出，用的话得再次涡旋混匀，那么，PEI溶液可以直接保存在4摄氏度冰箱吗？能的话最多可以保存多长时间呢？ |
