A separate section, consisting of one to two paragraphs, that justifies publication in the journal is also required. The justification should explain what new discovery, interpretation, understanding, concepts, or catalytic system is advanced in the manuscript, and how the content fits within the scope of the journal. Note that it is essential to describe how the content of the new submission differ significantly from existing literature information and its relevance to catalysis.
