投稿6个多月，小修3个月没消息，昨天发了一个催稿信，收到这样回复，是不是凶多吉少？

投的合金化合物 难道会重新审稿？ 还是会给拒了？会不会给拒了，拖了大半年了。。。 还要不要再简单回复一下邮件客气一下？ I apologize for the long delay in the review process for your manuscript.
