Yes. That's because I think my responses are very useful. And I give a lot of answers, even to people that do no offer coins.

Yes, I do specialize in science publishing. I actually publish myself, and also help people when they need it (for free or paid, depends). But I do not advertise, I try to go person to person.

The quality or impact factor of the journal has nothing to do with payment. It has to do with open access and with other administrative or publishing fees, which even low impact factor journals have.

Your question indicates you may not be familiar with scientific publications. Are you?
