锌指蛋白与引物二聚体

最近收到审稿人的回复，其中有一条意见是：However, it is “a matter of serious concern” to evaluate the detecting specificity. This is due to zinc finger binding sequence is contained in the primer region, indicating primer dimmer which is difficult to eliminate can be detected. Thus it is unable to differentiate the corrected amplification products and the primer dimmer using this system. 为什么存在锌指蛋白的识别区域就会增加引物二聚体的形成呢？审稿人具体是什么意思啊，求解，谢谢！ |
