最近拿到的美国的offer，大家帮忙看一下。 offer里大概写了这些： 1、 I am pleased to offer to a postdoctoral position in my research group at the University of Texas with an annual salary of $47,484.This is a full-time rate, subject to all applicable taxes and deductions. 2、As a new employee you have 31 calendar days from the initial date of your appointment to enroll for insurance coverages. 3、This offer is contingent upon satisfactory completion of all pre-employment screening requirements. These include (I) completion of the form and provision of documentation required by the Federal Immigration Reform and Control Act to verify employment eligibility to work in the United States; (2) a background check for security sensitive positions, which include all research positions; and (3) completion of required safety and compliance training. The first must be satisfied within three working days of the start date of your appointment and will be handled upon your arrival. To meet the second requirement, you will be contacted by a department staff with instructions on filling out a background check form. 我有两个关于薪水的问题哈，第一个是这47,484刀里除了自己要交保险还有没有其他需要扣的，我是J1签证，没有税。我如果写信问到手能有多少会不会不太好？还有就是DS-2019表一般多久能到？ 谢谢大家！！ |
