全钒液流电池是一种新型的蓄电池,与传统的蓄电池相比有许多的优点。本文以石墨毡(GF)为原料,采用氧化剂H2O2对石墨毡进行氧化,在氧化石墨毡的过程中,在石墨毡尺寸不变的情况下研究水浴加热的温度和水浴加热时间等因素对石墨毡氧化效果的影响。通过循环伏安法研究了SnO2修饰后石墨毡电极的性能指标SEM、红外光谱和电化学性能。研究结果表明:采用过氧化氢氧化石墨毡时,水浴加热温度95 ℃、水浴加热时间4 h,测得的电化学性能效果最佳。通过对石墨毡电极SEM、红外光谱和电化学等性能指标的分析可知:采用SnO2对石墨毡电极进行修饰后,电化学性能提高。

An all-vanadium redox battery possesses many advantages over conventional storage batteries.
This paper takes the graphite felt(GF) as raw material,by using H2O2 as the oxidising agent,which aims to research the effect of temperature and time on water bath heating in a fixed dimensional graphite felt condition.
Performance index of SEM, IR and electrochemical properties of graphite felt,modified by SnO2, were investigated by cyclic voltammetry method.
The results showed that,when using graphite felt electrode that oxided by H2O2, the electrochemical performances would be the best and the conditions were as follows,the water bath temperature was 95℃,the water bath heating time was 4h.
The analysis of SEM ,IR and electrochemical properties showed that ,electrochemical performance improved when  graphite felt electrode modified by SnO2
