各位大神： 请教一个问题： 文章中有这样的叙述，50 μL of Ag nanocube suspension (particle concentration: 59 nM) 这里的59 nM是个什么意思，怎么理解呢？ 谢谢。 . In a standard synthesis of Pt−Ag nanocages, 5 mL of H2O, 0.33 mL of HCl (10 mM), 0.5 mL of PVP (100 mM, MW ≈ 55000), and 50 μL of Ag nanocube suspension (particle concentration: 59 nM) were mixed in a 20 mL vial. The resulting solution was heated at 40 °C under magnetic stirring for 5 min. Then, 0.4 mL of aqueous K2PtCl4 solution (5 mM) was added using a syringe pump at a rate of 1 mL min−1 . The mixture was kept at 40 °C for another 5 min and then cooled to room temperature naturally. The final product was collected by centrifugation and washed with H2O three times,。 计算下来看，银的质量是大概是3.2X 10-7mg，而铂的质量为0.4mg，依靠二者之间的置换反应，那么这也差的太多了吧。 求大神解释下， 谢谢。 |
