Job Title: Project Manager Position in the Antibody Department Location: Nanjing, China Job Description: 1. Manage the clients and corresponding antibody services in an assigned region, and work with Sales/TAM (Technical Account Manager) and production team; 2. Provide advice and technical support during antibody service quotations to Sales and TAM, and provide the project proposal; 3. Check the order process with the production team and provide technical support and trouble shootings; 4. Update the order process and reports with the clients and commercial team (Sales Account Managers and Technical Account Managers) and provide solutions to the client; 5. Provide trainings and suggest improvement of technology, workflow and customer need to commercial team, marketing team and production team; 6. Finish the assigned jobs by the leaders and colleagues. Education/Experience Required: 1. A Bachelor or Master degree in life science or a related field, with fluent English skills and communication, and problem-solving skills 2. At least 2 years’ training and relevant experiences in antibody discovery or related fields. 3. Prior experience of project management in polyclonal and monoclonal antibody discovery is a plus |
