投稿IEEE access 因为grammar被退回，帮我看看退稿意见，需要润色后重投吗？ 已有21人参与

投稿被退回了，意见是这样的，我该怎么办啊？ 那两个意见第一个我看明白了，是要重投，第二个我不懂，是个什么意思啊？ Your paper was read with interest, however; the grammar needs improvement. Proper grammar is a requirement for publication in IEEE Access. If needed, IEEE offers a 3rd party service for language polishing, for a fee: www.aje.com/c/ieee Your article has been returned to your Author Center so that you can resubmit after you have improved the grammar. You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer. To resubmit: 1. Log in to your Author Center at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ieee-access. Click on “Manuscripts with Decisions” and then click on “Create a Resubmission” located next to the manuscript number. 2. Please include a separate document that highlights all individual changes made in the updated manuscript. As an example, you may submit your revised article with the “editing mode” feature turned on. Please upload this as a “Supplemental File for Review”. Please resubmit your article after you have carefully reviewed and updated it accordingly. There is no deadline for resubmissions.
