PostdoctoralScholar Ad: The PostdoctoralScholar will be responsible for designing, fabricating and characterizingnanophotonic circuits and devices, for use in applications such as opticalcommunications and sensing. For more information on our research, please see our website(http://photonics.sutd.edu.sg/). Qualifiedcandidates should have experience in some or all of the following: Clean roomfabrication and metrology (Ebeam lithography, thin film deposition, etching,SEM, AFM, etc.); Characterizationof photonic structures; Semiconductormaterials and optical physics; Finitedifferences and finite element modeling; Strong programing skills (Matlab,etc.); and, Good interpersonal skills. The selectedcandidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work independently and in ateam environment. ABachelor¡¯s/Master¡¯s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optics or a related fieldis required.
