I have been working for seven years in a state-owned enterprise, I am an chemical engineer, the advantage in the state-owned enterprise is you can learn what you want to learn, every technical is available to the staff of  R&D,firstly you must have good personal relationships,or nobody will teach you!
The disadvantage is too much,  I don't want to say.... just depand on what you want.

My ultimate goal is to have my own coffee shop. I really enjoy the sense of freedom and quietness (and of course, richness. Haha....).
My coffee shop is not to expand to a large scale,  but it's expected to possess its own style. And most importantly, I could sip my cup of coffee FREE OF CHARGE EVERYDAY. Hahaha...
