Which job will(do) you take when you graduate and why

Everyone must have a dream that one day I can get a job I really like doing for my rest of my life. But how do you know which one you like, and how to choose the exactly ones then achieve your goals? I have been working for seven years in a state-owned enterprise, I am an chemical engineer, the advantage in the state-owned enterprise is you can learn what you want to learn, every technical is available to the staff of R&D,firstly you must have good personal relationships,or nobody will teach you!
