Position Open
Research Scientist position is available. Qualified candidates must have chemistry or material science degree (PhD). A solid science background is mandatory, with emphasis on chemistry or material science. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, synthesis, or product and technology development for nano-technologies, or fluxes, solder pastes, adhesives, underfills, thermal interface materials, and other products for electronic packaging and assemblies. Fluent English communication skill is a major plus.
