Dear Mr. Chen: ? I write you in regards to manuscript # JVC-17-0280 entitled "Analyses and experiments on a passive vibration isolator composed of a cable network and fluid damper" which you submitted to the Journal of Vibration and Control. ? I have had a chance to review the paper and regret to inform you that it requires an extensive amount of linguistic revisions to make it suitable for our review process.?
