ICCE-17 Hawaii, USA July 27-31, 2009, Hawaii, USA CALL FOR ABSTRACTS 17th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMPOSITES or NANO ENGINEERING www.uno.edu/~engr/composite (item 1) Interested author should submit tentative paper title immediately. The two-page detailed abstract, should be written, by following the abstract format in web page, it is due April 26, 2009. (item 2) We are still negotiating the luxury hotel with drastically reduced sleeping room rate, to about $120+tax per night. Since we expect the hotel price to continue to fall due to recession, we will announce the venue hotel in early year 2009. (item 3) ICCE-17 Hawaii, REGISTRATION FEE is $490 before May 26, 2009, $520 before June 26, 2009, $560 after June 26, and $590 on-site. Currently enrolled students with picture ID, the student registration fee is $260 before June 26, 2009, $280 after June 26, 2009 and on site student rate is $300. Academic staff, research associate or postdoctoral are not students. (item 4) All ICCE-17 abstracts will be reviewed and selected detailed abstracts will be published in World Journal of Engineering. Participants of ICCE-17 Hawaii are encouraged to expand the short paper to become full length paper and then submit it to any journal of his/her choice, or in World Journal of Engineering. Thus, all accepted participants will have two journal publications (one short paper, one long paper) as a benefit of coming to ICCE-17 Hawaii.
