I regret to inform you that your manuscript has been rejected for publication in the IEICE Transactions. Your manuscript has been carefully reviewed by two experts, and both of them recommended to reject it. Autonomous robots such as the ones that this study aims to realize are desirable in real-world; however, as both of two reviewers pointed out, the paper needs major improvements for representing the originality and effectiveness of the proposal. I hope that authors improve the paper based on the reviewers' comments and re-submit revised one. 看邮件的意思是虽然第一轮被拒，但是编辑还是欢迎修改后重投，请问大家有碰到这种情况吗？再投的话希望大不大？ |
