求助：翻译一段话

这是编辑发给我的信中所说，我担心不能完全理解，故请求帮助。 Reviewer A provided a very constructive review of the manuscript. I encourage the authors to consider it carefully. I do take exception to one comment by this reviewer. Reviewer A suggests that you should make more explicit comments on the monophyly of species groups. My feeling is that without a quantitative analysis, such a discussion would be highly speculative. Nevertheless, an expansion of this section to include more explicit character evidence supporting these groups would be welcome. This should be annotated with references to figures in other papers to illustrate the morphological character states being described. |
