2 PhD positions for computer science or biomedical informatics

I will have 2 PhD positions at my current university (SIU), or Univ. Kentucky which I may move to soon. If you happen to know some hard working students who have interest in pursuing a PhD in either computer science or biomedical informatics (the degree should be from U Kentucky), please help recommend one. Hopefully the student has already got or will soon get a master's degree in either mathematics, or statistics, or computer science, or biomedical informatics. Tuition will be waived, and 50 percent Research Assistantship will be provided (monthly salary about $ 1600), which is pretty standard for international students If she or he is interested, please send me his/her resume at qcheng@cs.siu.edu.
