美资500强营养品行业招聘Senior Analytical Scientist

Main Responsibilities Management & Leadership Ensure analytical team’s delivery to project’s portfolio of the centre from early stage to product development Responsible for nutrients /contaminant test method development and method transfer to third party and laboratories Liaison with affiliates and external partners to drive impactful innovation in nutrients test methods Implement technical exchange with internal &external labs Management of general lab processed required for day to day efficient operation and ensure compliance to all applicable safety and quality system requirement. Technical and Performance Support Develop &Modify nutrients test method for new formula and special matrices Co-ordinate / approve nutrients test method validation and transfer to 3rd party laboratories in the region or laboratories within Abbott Liaise with product developer and project managers to ensure nutrients test methodology meet applicable regulatory requirement for product registration and importation in China. Set-up laboratory processes to ensure efficient laboratory operation to meet business needs Actively identify areas for improvement in laboratory processes and implement new measure to improve efficiency. Skills Good communication skills on technical area, major interface between functional departments and external labs Fluent in use of computer programs in a lab setting, e g., PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Can act autonomously. Is challenging & proactive Is pragmatic Good communicator, coach / influencer Fluent in English Qualifications MS or PHD. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science (emphasis in analysis) required Min 5 years experiences in nutritional and food safety analysis Breadth of experience with modern analytical methods of analysis, e.g.,LCMS,GCMS,ICS Familiar with China official GB method for infant formula. Knowledge Understanding of quality and Environment/Health/Safety standards and guideline Good understanding of business processes in a global organization |
