求助各位大神，Journal of the science of food and agriculture这个期刊上的发酵做得水平怎样？看了一下平均审稿周期在3~4个月，有没有投过的大神现身说法~~ 我做的是蔬菜发酵剂的分离鉴定和挥发性物质检测，数据挺多的，着急发文章，有没有推荐的期刊呢？最好是IF2左右，2区或者3区的期刊~ 谢谢各位大神啦~ |
