JCR这么回复，是不是自己的文章太烂了，下面应该投个啥呢

Dear Dr. Liu, Thank you very much for submitting your work to the Journal of Controlled Release (JCR). Our preliminary review revealed that, the advances reported in your manuscript were not enough to be of immediate interest in this community. We feel that the results reported in your manuscript would be better suited for other specialized journals. As you may know, JCR has become increasingly competitive and we are receiving many more manuscripts than we can publish. For this reason, we have decided to return manuscripts without full review, which often takes months, if they do not meet the overall objectives and goals of the journal.
