高压化学的研究主要聚焦于几万到几十万大气压下的化学反应。关注的核心问题是高压下的新的化学键形成,旧的化学键断裂,从反应物怎么得到生成物。这是高压下最有意思的事情 (到底多有意思,附件中有一个高科夏令营的科普PPT,可以管窥)。

具体而言,一方面是以能源与环境问题为背景,研究简单含碳小分子的高压反应机理,另一方面是以电池材料为背景,研究用高压手段合成高电子、离子电导率的材料。两方面在固体有机、聚合物、固体无机、碳材料方向还有一些延伸。此外,还有高压中子衍射技术方向。

前景:1、高压科学是朝阳科学,国家支持。高压技术可以与很多学科交叉互补。现在想做一些高压但是不懂高压的课题组有很多,合作很多。2、高压研究常用大科学装置,包括同步辐射与中子。近年国家对大装置支持力度很大,但是人才相对缺乏,正是一个缺口。
