收到这封邮件好久了，再也没有其他通知，我该怎么办呢？

以下是邮件内容，2017年1月18日发来的，我的理解是让我等待出版社的校稿和版权转让通知，可是现在快4个月了也没通知，前几天邮件咨询了也没回复。现在我在想，是不是让我先把“该论文没在其他地方出版的声明”发过去以后才能等到校稿和版权转让通知。现在真是头大了，请教高手指点一下，多谢了！！！ The review of the latest revised version of your above-mentioned manuscript titled "**********************************" which you had submitted to Machining Science and Technology, has been completed and the Associate Technical Editor has recommended that the manuscript, in its current form, is now acceptable for publication in the journal. We have forwarded your paper to the publisher for copy editing and typesetting - kindly expect to receive proofs for checking, and instructions for transfer of copyright, in due course. The publisher requests that proofs are checked and returned within 48 hours of receipt. Also, as a reminder, the copyright form must be signed by ALL co-authors - kindly use as many copies of the form as necessary to accommodate all authors. We also need a signed declaration that the paper has not been published elsewhere, and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
