2017 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing October 22-25, 2017, Xiamen，www.icspcc.org 第 7 届IEEE国际信号处理、通信和计算大会(ICSPCC 2017)将于2017年10月22-25日在中国 厦门 举行。本次大会由IEEE西安分会、IEEE香港分会、厦门大学和西北工业大学联合举办，其目的在于汇集来自世界各地的专家学者及工程师共同研讨信号处理、通信和计算领域的新理论、技术和应用，并安排国际知名学者的大会报告、专题学术报告，新技术研讨。本次大会的主题是旨在共同研讨未来信号处理、通信和计算领域的热点理论方法和应用。 The 2017 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2017) will be held in Xiamen, China, in October 22-25, 2017. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The theme of the conference, "Oceans: The Next Information Technology Application Time", reflects the future hot application fields of signal processing, communication and computing, accompanied with our growing understanding of the importance on sustainable oceans.
