谢谢啦！我觉得也应该是这样，是不是这样操作的呢，就是培养基倒平板后，先将50ul的菌液涂布整个平板，然后用打孔器打孔，最后将不同浓度的抑菌稀释液取50ul，注入孔洞中，培养。最小抑菌浓度：没有长菌的最小抑菌液那个浓度就是最小的抑菌浓度～ 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
