第一次发SCI，大修，外审的意见还好，关键是编辑的意见，是不是让我补实验

Editor Requests: 1) Figure 1 figure caption is missing "t" in treatment. Please have an native English speaking colleague read the manuscript. There are spelling mistakes. 2) Please use fewer significant digits in tables (Table 2 and 5 for example), only need 2-sig figs. 3) Please work on improving the figure quality. 4) One reference gene is not advised to normalize qPCR data. A second one should be run to confirm results. I may have missed this but please ensure that RN quality is high and that all primer sets are confirmed for specificity. (i.e. sequenced amplicons to show it is correct gene). Authors should not view the two month window for resubmission as reason not to perform critical changes recommended by the referees. Especially cases when additional data need to be collected, we would rather work with authors and grant an extension to insure publication of the highest quality research in accordance with referees' reports. 编辑对我的定量PCR数据是不是不满意，还怀疑引物，要求我选两个内参，重新做一遍，是这个意思吗，我是菜鸟，请大神帮忙看一看，该怎么处理，第一篇啊，时间也不短了，想有个好结果，非常感谢！！！ |
