[预防医学--疟疾防治方面 求助] 摘要 汉译英 288字 30金币

目的： 研究余姚市1979-2008年间疟疾流行特征，评价其防治效果，为今后进一步巩固灭疟成果提供理论依据和改进方案。 方法：采用描述流行病学方法。[A method of descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted] 结果：30年间共观察人年数15069884人，发生疟疾1230例，发病率为0.82/万人年；近三年无感染病例，1990年后间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)及居民带虫率调查结果阴性；灭疟后期现症病人根治率及休止期根治率为100%。 结论：余姚市疟疾发病具有典型的灭疟后期的流行特征；抗疟措施合理，效果明显;现症病人根治、休止期根治及病人家庭防蚊灭蚊是关键技术措施；流动人口增加和传染源输入是影响流行潜势的主要因素。 关键词: 间日疟 防治 效果评价 [vivax malaria . control. effect evaluation.] -------------------------------------------- 受朋友之托, 自己功力又不够,有劳高手出招, 30--50金币略表心意. 对于有益建议的GGJJDDMM们也将略表心意. 谢谢! purpose: Through investigating the epidemic trait of malaria in Yuyao city during 1979-2008 and commenting its therapy effects, Suffer theory knowledge and developed method for better therapy effects. Method: The method of descriptive epidemic pathology. Result: 15069884 persons have been investigated for 30 years. In our investigation, 1230 persons had gotten malaria with an incidence of 0.082 per thousand per year; nobody got malaria during recent 3 years and there was no any positive result from indirect fluorescent antibody test(IFAT) and residents investigation after 1990; the healing efficiency of malaria patients treated or in latent period is 100%. Conclusion: There is typical epidemic trait of malaria treating late stage in the related counties of Yuyao city.Its treating method is reasonable and the effect is obvious.Patients hesling, latent patients healing,and preventing mosquito in patients’ families are critical treating measures.And increase of floating population and infectious source jioning are major reasons for epidemic potent.
