IEEE Account重设密码无效？ 已有2人参与

论文中了，遇到了问题，请求帮助 IEEE Publishing Operations给我发了个邮件， You are receiving this e-mail message because we could not match the information provided with your article with that in an IEEE Account. 原来是我论文中的邮箱写错了， 想要修改 IEEE Account中的邮箱信息，忘记了密码。 遇到一个巨大的问题，重置 IEEE Account密码之后，用重置的密码还是显示密码错误。莫非是 IEEE Account的问题？ 是不是该写信给IEEE Publishing Operations 1.
