投sci图片超了，编辑给的回复，该怎么办？ 已有4人参与

编辑通过邮件回复： Your manuscript *** has been unsubmitted from consideration for publication Vehicle System Dynamics. As stated in our Instructions for Authors: “A typical manuscript will not exceed 7,000 words excluding tables, references, captions, footnotes and endnotes. A manuscript should also not exceed 15 single plots of figures and tables. Any papers that exceed the word and figures/tables limits should be accompanied by a statement that justifies the length and will be considered at the discretion of the Editors”. As you have not included a justification statement and your paper has exceeded the word or the figures and tables limit described above it has been returned to your Corresponding Author Centre and will be found listed under "UNSUBMITTED MANUSCRIPTS". Opening the manuscript will allow you to complete the submission as requested. Please ensure you view the pdf and "click" SUBMIT to complete the submission. Please either reduce the length of your paper or your numbers of figures/tables or add in a statement justifying the length of your paper and then resubmit your manuscript. 最后一句的意思是可以不删图片，加一个声明（声明图片超了，编辑可以自行处理吗？） |
