制作乳胶的方法，我是学生物的，没太懂，求大神指教

In a 250 mL glass-jacketed reactor was added 100 mL of nanopure water (s = 18 MΩ/cm),10 g of butyl methacrylate (70 mmoL, purified over basic alumina), 5 g of methacrylicacid (59 mmoL, purified over silica), 0.5 g of sodium dodecyl sulfate as stabilizer and0.25 g of potassium persulfate as initiator. This mixture was mechanically stirred at400 rpm and degassed by bubbling nitrogen for 20 min. It was then heated to 80? C whilekeeping a nitrogen blanket above the liquid phase in order to avoid O 2 introduction.After 12 h of reaction time, a latex devoid of floc was obtained. The particles were readilysoluble in alkaline environment (pH = 8.5). The latex solid content, as determinedgravimetrically, was 12%. @流浪南昌 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
