[求助] potential step voltammetry

大家好,最近老师让做一道题,用matlab模拟电势阶跃。对于从来没有接触过matlab的小虫来说,实在不知道怎么入手。在此跪求大神帮我写个code。金币不是问题。

Potential Step Voltammetry  
a)   (20  points)  Using  MATLAB software   (pdep  solver),  write  a  computer  code  that  can  be
used  to  simulate  a  potential  step  experiment  at  a  planar  electrode  to  any  arbitrary
potential. Assume the following:
1.   The only reaction that occurs: O + e-  ←→   R  
2.   D iffusion coefficients are equal: Do = DR  = D   = 1 x 10- 9m2/s  
3.   O is initially present at a concentration of 1 mole/m3 and R is initially absent
4.   Eo’= 0  V/SHE,  A = 1 cm2, T = 298 K
b)   (10 points) From the code above, make plots of the concentration profile as a function of
distance from the electrode surface and  current as a function of time for the conditions
below. Also, plot the analytical solutions (see section 5.5.1) on all graphs.  
1.   ko =  1.0 x 10- 5  m/s, α   = 0.5, and E =  -   0. 01,  - 0. 05,  - 0.1  V/SHE
2.   ko  = 1.0 x 10- 7 m/s, α   = 0.5, and E =  -   0.01, - 0.05, - 0.1 V/SHE  
3.   ko  = 1.0 x 10- 9m/s, α   = 0.5, and E =  -   0.01, - 0.05, - 0.1 V/SHE   
c)   (10 points) Discuss your results from part (b).
