DragonStar Plus: “China toward 2030, Foresight Workshop”

The one-day foresight workshop looking into the future of innovation in China toward 2030, will be held on May 16th in Shanghai. The workshop will deal with current trends, future scenarios, and strategic implications for EU-China collaboration, according to the results from a Delphi Study developed by our Consortium. Participants in the workshop will include European and Chinese policy makers and science councilors, innovation managers of major European multinationals in China, and leading academic researchers. The preliminary workshop agenda looks as follows: • Introduction • Current drivers and trends – presentation and group discussion • Future challenges, uncertainties, and scenarios – presentation and group discussion • Opportunities and obstacles for EU-China collaboration – workshop interactive session All possible participants will be provided with further details regarding contents, agenda and specific venue.
