求助关于实验设计单因素考察的问题！！

做了磁固相萃取结合分散液液微萃取联用测定茶叶中农药的工作，用单因素考察了 磁固相萃取 和 分散液液微萃取 的萃取条件，审稿人提出意见说应该用更合适的实验设计。怎么回复呢？求大神指点！ 意见如下 A relevant part of the work was represented by the optimization of the experimental conditions using MSPE coupled with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction: however, for this purpose the Authors used the one-variable-at-a time (OVAT) approach instead of a more appropriate experimental design allowing estimation of the main effects, but also of potential interactions effects.@lifeliuyan |
