[求助] 第1次投SCI，初审约6个月，意见刚刚返回，英语不行，好几个地方看不懂，请教高手？已有2人参与

1、The comments indicate that professional editing may be in order. ASCE has a list of possible services <https://ascelibrary.org/page/eng ... ingservices>, although no recommendation is made for a specific service.
这个是要求再出钱编辑服务吗？之前已经按照编辑的要求花了300多美金进行英语润色了，这个编辑服务是干什么的，可以不弄这个吗？我的钱啊。。。。

2、Problem addressed by the paper is quite common, so would have expected a more thorough literature search & perhaps a tabular summary of papers - relative to the this paper's topics
这个是要求我重新进行文献检索，并列出一个表格？

3、The longer coal sits in the yard the less throughput is achieved
这个“sits”怎么理解？这句话是“煤炭周转期越长，吞吐量越小”吗？

4、The text in to the flow chart diagrams needs to be either smaller or the boxes made larger so that it is clear to be read.
这个是说流程图需要缩小，还是说框框要放大？

5、 Please note that when using middle names for authors, eg., Paul S. Paul  that there is a period after the middle name.
这个是说外国人的名字，引用的时候中间加句号吗？

6、Please upload a clean copy of your manuscript along with the red-text version. The clean copy should be placed after the red-text version in your file inventory.
这个“a clean copy”是指将红色字体修改版本中的红色字体全部清掉后的版本吗？

7、Section numbers.  Remove section numbers from headings—use word headings only.  Remove section number references from text.
这一条是要求删除段落前面的1,2,3..之类的编号吧？“use word headings only”这个是什么意思？

8、Remove the figures from your manuscript text and upload them separately (one figure per file) in TIFF, EPS or PDF format. Also, please make sure to reference the figure number in each file name.

10、Please provide a double-spaced list of figure captions on a separate page. Do not remove the figure captions from the figures.
这个是要求以单独的页面，上传一个双倍行距的图标？“a double-spaced list of figure captions ”是什么意思？

11、Please print out, sign, scan and upload a copy of our Copyright Transfer Agreement which can be found at:
这个是要求提交版权协议吗，直接以附件的形式上传么？
