Reviewer #1: The authors have addressed with many details all the reviewer comments. The paper has been seriously revised and it is now in the standard of a JSV paper. Reviewer #2: The authors have addressed my comments from the original manuscript. I recommend publication, but would like to add the following comments: - Due to the large number of equations it is hard work to read the paper. To be more concise and focus on the essentials, I suggest that the authors consider moving the derivations from Section 2.2 to the appendix. The final equations for each case can be stated in the body of the text, but the derivations would be better placed in the appendix in my opinion. 以上是编辑给的小修，论文第一次给的大修，修后给了小修。我的困惑是，这次小修第二个审稿人给的意见要求将公式移到附录中。这个问题在第一次大修时，第一个审稿人提出过。经过我的合理解释，第一个审稿人同意发表。 现在第二个审稿人这次也给出了这个建议。请问大家，如果我合理解释一下，不想修改，会不会被拒稿。ps：公式110多个，整理起来太费事了。 |
