关于转染条件

最近投了一片论文，其中一个审稿人给了一条意见说转染条件要在10%的血清条件下，我查了下大部分文献都是在无血清的条件下转染6h小时左右，我是药剂专业的，我问了下药理那边同学，也说一般在无血清条件下做转染。还有关于“ PCR data should be normalized to two different genes, which are not affected”这个句话到底是什么意思啊，求大神指点下。 审稿人意见如下： It is not relevant to perform transfection studies under serum-free conditions. In vivo conditions are never serum-free. The authors should report transfection data generated in the presence of 10% serum. PCR data should be normalized to two different genes, which are not affected.
