This quenching is attributed to fast exciton dissociation via tunneling to surface states, which results in Auger recombination and capture of carriers by the nonradiative surface states 我理解的是激子快速解离到表面 导致荧光猝灭 最终导致俄歇复合 还有类似的这句话 the fast exciton dissociation originates from short interparticle distance along with the higher density of surface states, which in turn dramatically quenches the photoluminescence 量子点间距减小会使得激子快速解离？ 求大神们解答 |
