不懂，新手求大神指点 已有1人参与

刚开始涉及做微生物实验，在查阅文献时看到这样的步骤，不知道具体怎么操作，求帮助！！！万分感谢！ For determination of the antifungal activity, a well diffusion method was utilized. Each plate was inoculated with 50 μL of the fungal suspension. Various serial dilutions of the essential oil were prepared and 50μL of each serial dilution transferred to plates and incubated at room temperature for 3 weeks. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was determined to be the lowest concentration of the essential oil that did not show any viable growth after 3 weeks of incubation。 我的理解是，这个微生物实验用的方法是扩散法，在这里well什么意思不懂，不知是否有具体细分的方法，还是只是个形容词“很好”。 每个平板接种50 μL的细菌菌液，我的抑菌物质是精油，但它直接说系列稀释，溶剂也没有提，不知大家做的时候用什么稀释，然后文献中说转接到平板中 如何转接，怎样具体操作呢？ 因为精油本身易挥发，温度高的时候加进去，就挥发走了，不知这个怎么理解的大家？求指点，谢谢，谢谢。 参考的文献是：Preparation and Characterization of Liposomes Containing Essential Oil of Eucalyptus camaldulensis Leaf |
