| [摘要] 目的 探讨鼻咽癌患者放射治疗中临床症状的观察及护理。方法 对59例鼻咽癌患者在放疗不同时期，实施系统的护理，并针对预防放射反应与放射损伤出现的并发症提出相应的护理措施。结果 有效的护理措施不仅增加了患者战胜疾病的信心，同时, 可减轻病人的放射副反应，有利于减轻病人痛苦，促进病人的康复。结论: 对鼻咽癌患者放疗前、中、后期的精心护理，能提高患者的生活质量。 |

Purpose: Probe into observation and nursing of the clinical symptom in patient's radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: In different periods of radiotherapy to 59 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient, implement systematic nursing and put forward the corresponding precautionary nursing measures according to the complications caused by radiation reactions and radiation injury . Result: The effective nursing measures not only increase the confidence that the patient overcomes diseases, meanwhile, lighten the patient's radiation side-reactions, alleviate the patient's pain, and promote the patient's recovery. Conclusion: radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during the earlier stage, middle period and back-end treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.
