摘 要]为实现对火电机组节能减排绩效科学、合理的评价,构建了一种基于主客观权重相融合的节能减排模糊综合评价体系。以某地区6家火电机组运行数据为基础,采用主观专家调查法和客观熵权法对各评价指标进行求权,然后基于最小信息熵原理将主客观权重融合,通过模糊综合法对6家燃煤发电机组节能减排进行了评价。评价结果与实际情况一致,验证了该方法适用于燃煤发电机组节能减排综合评价,可为本地区燃煤发电企业精细化节能减排管理和内部运行班组竞赛提供参考依据,同时对电网基于节能减排调度具有一定借鉴意义。 [关 键 词]节能减排;模糊评价;专家调查法;熵权法;主客观融合;贴近度 In order to evaluate scientifically and reasonably about energy conservation and emissions reduction of coal-fired unit performance , a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction based on the integration of subjective and objective weights was constructed. Based on the operative data of the six coal-fired units in a region,by analyzing the the influence factors ,then six assessment indexes were selexted for energy conservation and emissions reduction , Finally,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of six coal-fired units to evaluate and analyzing its results. The evaluation result was consistent with the actual situation, which proved that the evaluation method was effective.The proposed method were available for reference in fine management of the energy-saving operation of coal-fired units, and competition,and environmental economic dispatch.
